Job Description

Outstanding opportunity for a CFO to work in Phoenix, Arizona. Candidate will be responsible for multiple hospitals consisting of three Med/Surg and one Behavioral institution. The candidate selected will have recent experience in a for-profit hospital system and departmental operations awareness in a facility with over two hundred beds.

This Corporate level position is offering well above 150,000 in salary and Corporate Stock options that increase every year. You will receive bonuses that can match 100% of your base salary (they have achieved this three years in a row). Relocation expenses and a negotiable sign on revenue. Financial Leadership experience is essential yet it is not all that is needed. Candidate should be an executive that has operational understanding of all the departments in the hospitals and can communicate easily and freely with the department heads and there peers. The CFO will need to be professional, conservative and willing to work as needed to complete the task, while being approachable and be able to blend in with the personality and culture of each hospital in that region.
