Hospital in the Northern Texas region is actively seeking a Director with experience as a Director of Women's Services. Candidate should have strong clinical experience in L & D and nursery. Hospital has 4 LDRPs, 4 OR’s and averages 50-60 births per month. Candidate should be someone with strong leadership skills who can develop staff and lead in the expansion of the service. Need to have good interpersonal skills who can work well with the Medical staff. The first task to accomplish is to develop the team.
