Job Description

We are working with a hospital in central Illinois in the Bloomington/Peoria area. They are looking to hire a cardiac anesthesiologist. They are currently doing anywhere from 150 to 200 cardiac cases. This is a group of 9 MD’s and 9 CRNA’s. You would be doing a 50/ 50 split of working of your own cases as well as supervising the CRNA’s. You would be an employee of the hospital with a 1 to 2 year track to partnership. The cardiac position they would prefer candidates with cardiac experience but this is not a requirement. They are offering 7 weeks of vacation to start and partners have10 weeks off. The starting salary for a cardiac anesthesiologist starts about $375K which is negotiable. They are also offering a full benefits package.
