Job Description

Southern Texas is looking is looking to hire a general anesthesiologist as soon as possible. You would be working on bread and butter cases and a small amount of cardiac. They do approximately 4 to 6 cases per week. There are 3 MD’s and 6 CRNA’s in the group. The CRNA’s are working on all of there own cases and do not require medical direction. The anesthesiologists are taking second call which is 1:3 and you are rarely called back into the hospital. You would be working Monday through Friday and they are usually done with cases by 1pm and never any later that 3pm. There is the potential to buy into the practice. This is a 1099 position with 4 weeks of vacation and the salary starts around $400K which is negotiable.
