$150,000 to $210,Register or log in for contact information On Bonus $15,000. for experienced CRNAs;$30,000. new grads Two Year Register or log in for contact information, Health(100% for emp&dep& Dental Ins),STD/LTD,Retirement Contribution(401k).Cases include the following: OutpatientProcedures,Trauma,Neuro,Peds,Vasc,Thor and some OB. Cardiac is Negotiable. Pain is Rare. Cases also include the following: vascular, orthopedic,ENT,general,plastics,neuro,peds, bariatrics, robotics. 90% Medically Directed. Call: 1 in 15. Vacation is 6 weeks and CME is 1 week.
