Job Description
Seeking experienced CRNA's to join practice including 10 MD’s (includes Board of Directors), 22 Full Time CRNA’s, 6 Part Time CRNA’s. Group provides services including Bread & Butter with Hearts & OB at small community hospital, (no trauma, no peds) in Fairfield; Bread & Butter at small community hospital, (no trauma, OB, neuro or cardiac cases in Clermont Co; Bread & Butter at two Multi-Specialty surgery centers and Urologic at a single specialty urological surgery center.
Experienced CRNA’s
Salary: $135,000-150,000/year This is for a 40 hour per week position. No Weekends and No Call!
Signing Bonus: 30,000 which requires a 2 year commitment.
New Grads:
Starting Salary: 90% of the starting salary for experienced CRNA’s. 2nd Year Salary: 95% of the starting salary for experienced CRNA’s. New Grads can receive up to 30,000 in signing bonus and student loan repayment.

Retirement Plans: 401(k), Profit Sharing, Defined Benefit Plan. Employer Contributions amount to 15% of participant’s gross salary. 5-year vesting period, 20% per year.
