Looking for a CRNA just north of Dayton to do B&B, obstetrics and general cases in a very autonomous setting. The longest case you will be dealing with is 2 and half hours. You will be working with 5 MDs and 5 other CRNA’s. The CRNA’s do all their own cases and work independent with 5 Anesthesiologists in hospital at all times if there is an issue. You will spend some of your time in a surgery center directly across the street to break the monotony. Call schedule is as follows, 2 out of every 10 weeks you are doing in house call and the other 8 weeks you are working normal morning hours. The group pays Health insurance for you and your family as well as vision, malpractice, disability and life insurances as well. There is also a 410k and pension program put in place as well. There is 5-6 weeks vacation depending on experience. The average W-2 last year with OT was $190,000-$200,000. This position offers rural living at its finest with urban life a quick car ride away.
