All cases except heads and hearts, 4 FT CRNAs (2PT)3 MDAs, 1:4 Call,
$Register or log in for contact information per hour including call, $85 per hour for OT (as much or little as you want), day - off paid after call, 6 paid holidays, 5 weeks to start vacation (including CME time)6 weeks after 5 years, Sign - on 10k for 2 year commitment, medical dental (majority paid) 100k life insurance free, lt disability, AD&D, malpractice free, 401k match 50% of 6% of salary, New grads welcome."
