$120,001 - $130,000 Minimum, $150,001 - $160,000 Maximum. Malpractice, Health, Disability, Retirement Contribution. Job provide time and 1/2 pay for hours greater than 40 in a week. Cases include Outpatient procedures and some Pain, Cardiac, Vascular, Thoracic, Neuro, OB, Peds, Trauma,
CRNA Sedation Services - Endo, etc NO Critical Care. 90% Medically Directed.
Call varies. Vacation is 4 weeks and CME is 1 week.
