Texas CRNA. Seeking CRNA for full service acute care medical center with a friendly hometown hospital feel. Located in the beautiful piney woods of east Texas. FT position with competitive salary and full benefits package including 401k paid time off and health insurance. Minimum base compensation is $140K. Additional compensation for call and extended cases plus W2 payroll paid malpractice insurance and highest level of paid time off.
