This Clinic is an established, progressive, and innovative private medical group, owned and managed by the shareholder (owners) physicians. Currently three other cardiologists on staff, looking to add an interventional cardiologist.

During the first year, physicians are provided an associate contract with a competitive guarantee with a production bonus and an excellent fringe benefit package. After completing the associate year, physicians are eligible to become a shareholder of the medical group.


For three consecutive years, The Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) Performance and Practices of Successful Medical Groups has identified this clinic as a "better performer" because of superior operational service compared with similar medical group practices nationwide.

The staff comprises approximately one-third of the physician community with representation on the Boards and committees of both local hospitals, a 350-bed facility and a 250-bed facility. In addition, several Clinic physicians have admitting or consulting privileges at hospitals in the surrounding communities.
The community has an approximate population of 60,000 people and was named one of the fastest growing medium sized communities in the United States by USA Today. It is home to a four year university, providing many educational, athletic and cultural amenities. Excellent public and private schools are available. Nashville is only a short one hour drive away.
