Job Description
This state of the art, 502 bed hospital is the largest hospital in Montana and serves the immediate Great Falls population of approximately 60,000 with a referral area of 225,000. The hospital and MedCath Corporation have formed a unique association to build a new 7- story tower that will house the new cardiac group and cardiac services. The heart tower will include diagnostics and physician offices; treatment, cath lab and operating rooms; 32 private patient beds; and an additional patient care unit. The group will include three Interventional cardiologists and one EP. The hospital has two cardiovascular surgeons who provide surgical backup for their Interventional cardiologists. Call will be 1:3 and will decrease in frequency as additional physicians are recruited.
They are offering a very generous guaranteed salary plus a bonus based on your production. You would receive a full benefit package to include malpractice, health, life, and long term disability insurance, vacation and CME time off, retirement, relocation expenses, and licensure and dues. There is no partnership track as you would be employed by the hospital group.
