THE HEART TEAM would like to make you aware of an exciting opportunity to join a premier, fast growing, single specialty, private practice in west Texas.
This busy prestigious cardiology group is looking to add an Interventionalist, Invasive Non-Interventional and/or Non-Invasive cardiologists to their growing progressive practice.
Cardiologists are needed to join a successful, ultra-modern physician owned practice located in Midland, Texas. This group offers services to include stress test, stress echo, nuclear stress testing, onsite laboratory, coumadin clinic, pacemaker clinic, and holter monitoring. A new Philips dual head SPECT camera has recently been installed. They are currently converting to an EMR system. The financial package will include an initial income guarantee of $400,000 along with a bonus formula, a generous benefits package, health benefits, retirement plan, and relocation expenses. Partnership will be offered in one year upon successful completion of the first year contract. The second year earning potential will be in the $700,000 range. Call schedule would be 1:6.
The group is fully supported by a premier state-of-the-art hospital offering a full range of heart and vascular services. They receive referrals from a very large and strong referral base. This group is booked several months out and is currently forced to turn away new patients. You will be busy with a full workload immediately. The Patient base is over 300,000 between the Odessa, Midland and outlying areas.
