Interventional Cardiology in College Station, TX - Award-winning, technologically advanced 150-bed acute care facility with a service area population of almost 250,000 people in the heart of central TX, is seeking an Interventional Cardiologist. The basics: Private, independent practice opportunity; 1:4 call coverage with three welcoming, fully supportive CDVs. Space available in a spacious, new Cardiology office building across the street from the hospital. Hospital has a 75-year history of service to the region, a reputation for cardiologic firsts and the most advanced interventional cardiology program in the region. Open Heart program with a dedicated Heart surgeon. Currently performing asymptomatic carotid stenting. Two Cath Labs with a new Philips lab planned for 2008 (replacing one of existing labs). Angiography, CCU, Telemetry, 64-slice CT on order, MRA and MRI. Seeking a BC, recently trained (within past 10 years) Interventional Cardiologist.
