Noninvasive Cardiologist needed in the Springfield area of Massachusetts. There is a new group of Cardiologists that just formed. The principals are an Interventional and Invasive Cardiologist who have practiced in the area for some time. The invasive MD has practiced for 15+ years and the interventional guy for about 5 yrs. They will have an office on clients hospital campus another office is about 26 miles north. The noninvasive MD will probably be located in the client office and probably will not do any traveling to the other office. The group has just hired another interventional MD and other invasive MDs. As of July 2006 there will probably be 6 physicians in the group. They want a noninvasive MD to do work in the office read nuclear studies do consults etc. The diagnostic caths will be done at client hospital and the interventions will be done at major hospital further south. Salary range not available yet but they have been very fair and competitive with the newly hired MDs. Partnership is an option probably in 2 years. They are working out all the details now. The group leaders are very impressive and supportive.
