Job Description

CCM physician is sought to join group of 5 PULM/CCM physicians. Rotation 7 on and 7 off, no night call, offering a great quality of life. Competitive compensation plus partnership in as little as 18 months that increases income and vacation as well as surgery center ownership. Expected income as a partner will be $320K, however you can practice pulmonary medicine outside of the Intensivist contract to earn additional income.

Fort Wayne is located in the Northeast corner of Indian. It is Indiana’s second largest city with a population of 250,000. Chicago is 2 ½ - 3 hours away.
