Large multi-specialty group looking to add a third Dermatologist.

Shareholdership after 2yrs. Shareownership is in top 20% in the West. Pension at 14% of salary up to max of $25k per year starting the second year

Excellent multi-specialty group that has been around for more than 50 yrs. They are extremely stable with a very strong bottom line. Physicians and staff are very personable and wonderful colleagues.
Benefits: we pay for full family health & dental and others offer either a
"cafeteria" plan or they pay for some of the health & dental but not all of
it. Plus we give $4,000 for CME and 3mil/5mil malpractice coverage and 31
days off per year to start and 2 retirement plans and 8k relocation and 2x
base in life insurance and LTD
