Job Description

• 19,000 visits annually; • 36 hours of coverage each day, 24 of physician coverage and 12 of mid level coverage; • 12 hour shifts; • Patient to physician ratio of 1.8 patients per staffed hour, well below the ACEP and AAEM recommended guidelines; • Full time averaging 12 shifts a month; • Medical malpractice paid; claims made coverage with extended reporting included; • Moving expense stipend of $5,000; • Base salary of $170/hr for EM Board Eligible/Board Certified • Base salary of $135/hr for PCP Board Certified with EM Experience; • Another $30/hr in bonus compensation available; • New recruits will receive a free consultation from an accountant and attorney on how to set up their LLC; Medical Director leadership roles can be considered for interested and qualified candidates; • Cannot support any J-1 or H-1B Visa candidates • Two open slots available
