Mulitple locations throughout California. Beds 153. Ownership. Non profit community-based hospital. Occupancy 80% Strengths. Newly formed Pediatric Hospitalist program, Skilled nursing facility, assisted living, health and hospice services, surgery center, rehabilitation center, and a new Stanford affiliated Cancer Center. THE EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT: Volum. Average Annual Census 55,000 patient, (~50% are fast track patients), Admission Rate 15-20%, # of Beds, 24 beds, including 4 trauma, 17 treatment & 3 holding. Department Status, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Shift Length. Physicians: 10 hours. Allied Health Providers (AHP): 12 hours. Shift Times. Physicians: 7a-5m, 11a-9p, 1p-11p, 4p-2a, 9p-7a, 6a-6p, 10a-10p, 2p-2a, 6p-6a. Compensation: Negotiable.
