NES Healthcare Group is seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Physicians for full and part-time Emergency Medicine opportunities at Jeff Davis Hospital in Hazlehurst, GA.
Successful candidates will have:
GA medical license, ACLS certification, DEA, GA Controlled Substance Certificate and 6 months current ED experience are required.
*Shifts are single coverage. Physicians can work 12-48 hours maximum at this facility. Shifts are 8a-8p & 8p-8a.
Hazlehurst is located in Jeff Davis County right in the heart of Southeast Georgia . The community epitomizes the rural, farm county that is the backbone of the South. The hospital is located 2 hours West of Savannah and 26 minutes North of Alma, GA. Jeff Davis is an acute care center. All trauma cases are sent to Savannah Memorial Medical Center. Meals are provided to the physician at no cost. There is an ED on-call room located in the ED, fully equipped with a bathroom, shower, t.v. Attending physicians in Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Family Practice,Anesthesiology, and Dentistry are on-call 24 hours a day.
