Job Description

Patient relations huge! Must be very patient friendly.

EM Board Certified $130/hr, FP board certified with experience $120/hr, FP not experienced or FP board eligible $110/hr.
Pay incentives based on productivity, patient satisfaction, and core measures (documentation).
Sign on bonus $30,000 (3 year service forgiveness schedule).
$50,000 Loan Repayment ($12,500 at the completion of each year for first 4 years).
Employed physician with full benefits.

Joining 5 other physicians. All physicians are residence trained and board certified in a specialty (no physician extenders).
ACLS/ATLS certified. Opportunity for administrative duties.
17 beds Level 3 Trauma Center.
25,000 patient visits/year.
24 hr Anesthesia.
Work schedule: 8 and 12 hour shifts 34 man hours of ER coverage/day.
Double coverage 1p-11p with overlap if busy Weekend and holiday double coverage noon-11p with overlap if busy.
ER staff responds to house codes.
