TN (3468) Emergency Medicine Physician- Attractive family town, 40 miles to Jackson, TN
Join a group of 5 physicians providing Emergency Department coverage.
Employed position with EXCELLENT benefits including 401k, medical, dental, cafeteria plan, malpractice (w/ higher than usual limits,) vacation and CME.
BC/BE Emergency Medicine or FP w/ ED experience.
ACLS, PALS, ATLS required
10 hour shifts
2 campus system
annual volume: 40k-main campus, 20k-west campus
This is a thriving community of approx. 24,000 with a medical service area approaching 120,000. This historic community combines the peace and quite available in a small southern town with a progressive and community minded attitude. The hospital unveiled a brand new state of the art Emergency Department in May 2006. Increasing the facilities current size from 8 treatments bays to 16, the visit volume is expected to reach approximately 25,000 in the first year of operation in the new facility. The current facility has a visit volume of 19,000. The facility has access to modern imaging and laboratory services.
