The medical center Emergency Department is searching for an experienced physician to become a core member. This position is ideal for a Primary Care Physician with a strong Emergency Medicine background. This Department offers excellent back up and earning potential of 200K. Strong Emergency Medicine experience is key. We are providing full time emergency department coverage with independent contracting physicians. We provide the malpractice coverage with no deduction from the hourly rate. Physician requirements are DEA, DPS, Texas License, current ACLS, ATLS, PALS with significant experience in emergency medicine. Regional Medical Center is a 32 bed acute care hospital with an ICU and Labor and Delivery department. All pregnancy complications 20 weeks and over and all deliveries go directly to the L&D Department bypassing the ER.
