Excellent opportunity for a board certified /board eligible endocrinologist with a multi-specialty internal medicine group. One position available immediately with another anticipated position in 2005/2006. The practice will be limited to endocrinology and metabolic diseases. Potential stipend for physician currently in fellowship with a signed employment agreement.
The practice will be an integral part of a premier, 17-physician multi-specialty internal medicine group. The physician will practice within a modern 45,000 square foot building, complete with a full service clinical laboratory, x-ray, ultrasound, DEXA, and pulmonary testing. The practice is located on the campus of a 300+-bed hospital, with a diabetes education program housed in an on-campus facility. A medical directorship (compensation in addition to practice compensation) is possible with the diabetes program. Guaranteed base salary for years one and two, plus incentive schedule. Compensation after the guarantee period is based on a percentage of collections. Physicians may convert to the percentage plan anytime during the initial two-year period, and must convert at the beginning of year three.
