Can live in Miami-Dade or Broward county area.
No state income tax.

Well established practice over two decades needs IM/subspecialty physicians to fill 2 new offices.
12 person outpatient offices with inpatient coverage for 3 yrs, then Register or log in for contact information hospital call 1 week every 3-4 weeks. Average census is currently ~2 patients. On the weeks on-call, no patients are scheduled for the afternoon and doctor can go to the hospital to round on Register or log in for contact information will cover 1 hospital.

Everyone works as a team and conferences 3 times a week to teach each other and discuss sick patients. The practice is guideline and evidence based medicine.

Base salary as of July will be based on tenure and number of patients under care after the first year.
Partnership track will begin after the first year where physician is entitled to opportunity for profit sharing.
The percentage will increase yearly as will the salary. If the physician is interested in administrative responsibility, there is an avenue for additional compensation. Anticipated total compensation is expected to be between 200k-240k after 2 years. Malpractice covered, vacation, CME, relo negotiable.
The staff is professionally customer service trained and the office all newly built. We offer a range of amenities to out patients which include massage, acupuncture, and transportation at no additional cost. We have digital Xray and ultrasound in the office as well as a host of other specialty care. Currently, is the fastest growing primary care practice in South Florida without the help of acquisition.
