Locums Family Practice in Virginia starting ASAP

Job Description

Client seeks family Practice or Internal Medicine physician starting ASAP-January 31st to cover days in an outpatient clinic setting Monday-Friday. No weekends or call required. Will see an average of 10-15 patients per day, mainly focused on reviewing patient medications and medical history. Acute management of chronic needs (refill chronic medications) with the exception of controlled substances, referral to suitable primary care setting for ongoing care. The provider would NOT be expected to provide controlled substance to patients with claims of long standing pain.
