Procedures performed at Med Ctr (hospital) and Surgery Center (ambulatory surgery center)
Acceptable Requirements
Prefer MD American Born/American Trained
Traditional Inpatient Requirements Call 1:2 (covers call w/1 independent)
Multi-Specialty Group setting Board Certified or eligible (leading to boards)
Employee leading to shareholder status Contract-2 year w/bonus potential
Bonus formula-50%-net practice income minus expenses, including salary
Benefits-malpractice, dues (maximum up to 750/yr), health/life/disability insurance, PTO
(Paid time off 19 days per year), 5 CME days, 2,000 stipends for CME expenses per contract year, Pension/profit sharing (when eligible, after 1st year).
Salary-AMGA/MGMA MEDIAN Salary Potential>350-400K
