Job Description
If you have always wanted to work and live in Manhattan, have no weekday call, weekend call of 1:5, and work out of only one office and admit to only one hospital, then you need to consider this excellent GI opportunity.
Located in Manhattan, NYC, a BE/BC Gastroenterologist is needed to join 4 practicing GI physicians in a very busy practice. If you speak Spanish, this would be a big plus. No opportunity to do ERCP procedures. NO weekday call. Weekend call: 1:5. The hospital has state-of-the-art equipment, including an endoscopy suite. If so desired, opportunity to do endoscopic ultrasound. No running around. You will work out of one office which is located right in Manhattan. You will admit and cover only one top-notch, university-affiliated hospital also located in Manhattan. Because this hospital has an academic affiliation with a medical center, there is opportunity for teaching and research if you so desire. The new GI will be employed by this outstanding institution. Their base salary and productivity bonus are both extremely competitive. Also offer an exceptional fringe benefits package.
