Job Description

A facility in Cleveland is seeking a permanent Gastroenterologist. Ideal candidates will be Board certified or Board eligible in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. This opportunity offers a two year salary of $350k plus a $25k sign on bonus. All standard fringe benefits are included as well as an opportunity to become a partner after 1-2 years.
You will work with 5 other physicians and a full office staff. Within the facility there is a 4 bed endoscope surgical center and in-house pathology lab. The group has affiliations with two hospitals and performs rounds at both locations. Physicians are expected to do 6-10 procedures each day and maintain a typical practice. Call is 1:5 on the weekends and 1:4 during the week. During the week each physician is on call acting as the group's 'hospitalist,' but does not come into the office. Physicians see patients until 5pm each day with start time varying for each physician. Physician incomes are ranging from $400k to upwards of $550k.
