Gastroenterologist needed in Oklahoma City OK. OKC is a thriving metro area of 1.2 million with great cost of living and great schools. This is an employed position in a two GI group that will share call at the acute care hospital with another group of which 3 members work at our hospital. The last employed GI did a little over 1000 endoscopies and colonoscopies here in her last year and expect that to be a minimum case load expectation. Case load is very typical of any general GI practice. The two GIs will be employed. Base salaries of $250 000 negotiable with full benefits and a profit sharing plan for the practices so that income can exceed base and benefits if the physicians work hard. But any candidate hired will need to expect an income based on production. Will have office in one of two medical office buildings to be decided both of which are connected to the hospital via tunnel. Looking for a core group that will be very customer service minded with the employed and managed group of physicians that will utilize them this group is over 60 strong at this point. Want to build a colon cancer screening program and would like our two employed GIs to lead this charge.
