Coastal SC - J1 Opportunity
An established gastroenterologist is seeking an associate for a partnership-track position. This position is needed due to growth in the practice that has created 5-6 week wait times for new patients. ERCP training is a requirement since neither of the two GI doctors currently performs the test. There is a low call volume due to an active and strong hospitalist program that assists with the vast majority of hospital admissions.
The Medical Center community also provides its patients with a wide variety of specialists including cardiology, gastroenterology, neurology, orthopedics, obstetrics and gynecology, general surgery, oncology, and many others.
Medical Center is a 160-bed, not-for-profit hospital located just 8 miles west of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The hospital has approximately 200 physicians on staff. We offer a Level III trauma center and a Level II perinatal center.
