Gastroenterology Group Practice in The Pacific Northwest!

Job Description

Join a group practice that has highly skilled GI specialists, nursing and technical staff that will work with you and provide support when needed.

*Financial/Benefits Package*
- $325,000 guaranteed base salary plus production bonus. Physician can make around $400,000+ the first year. Salary is Negotiable –depends on experience
- Employed position where you can become a Shareholder after the first year.
- Physician receives Medical/Vision/Disability for family and Life Insurance policy for physician and spouse
- Malpractice/CME Expenses are both Register or log in for contact information week for CME activities
- $7,500 for Relocation Assistance
-5-7 weeks vacation

*Typical Schedule - Work Week*
- Depends on how busy the physician wants their practice to be. Physicians can work 4 ½ or 5 days a week.
- Can do 3 days in clinic/2 procedural days or vice versa.
- High Volume of Endoscopy Cases available and physician will have an immediate patient base.
- State-of-the-Art Endoscopy Lab with Joint Ownership offered after the first year

* GI Call Schedule*
- Shared Call rotation of 1 in 4 with GI physicians only. Cover 1 hospital. Light call
- There is also a Hospitalist team with 6 physicians that takes the primary call and the GI is only called if primary call physician can’t provide the proper level of care for the GI patients emergency.

*Support Staff*
-Endoscopy Lab has 10 FTE’s / clinic has 1 clinical staff (PA) for each GI, plus support staff
