Oppurtunity Description:
Join our national network and we will provide interested patients in your area who are eager to see physicians so that they can benefit from the advancing field of Age Management. We have hundreds of interested patients that suffer from the symptoms of Adult Hormone Deficiency (aGHD). Your main responsibility is to provide a physician patient relationship, prescribe the correct treatment plans and to evaluate the patients progress. Our administration staff, that consists of Board Certified PA's, NP's and Physicians, along with trained medical assistants will provide all follow up and patient services. Your own practice/clinic location is preferred. Requirements: are current knowledge base in Weight Loss, or aGHD (HRT), M.D. or D.O., active and good standing state medical license, DEA certification, clean practice record, malpractice insurance is optional.
