Job Description

Provides professional medical services to patients or clients, both on-site and off-site. Assures continuity of healthcare by establishing professional linkage with specialized and advanced healthcare resources. Assure the implementation and achievement of all applicable Public Health Service initiatives bearing on the practice of medicine. Provides a full range of ambulatory medical care, including diagnosis, treatment, counseling and referral as necessary. Provides follow-on inpatient care, as appropriate, through personally developed linkages with advanced health care resources, such as hospital, clinics, etc. This follow-on care is an integral part of the Center's programs. Completes continuing education requirements in a timely manner each year.
