BE/BC GS with the latest GS and Laparoscopic Surgery skills is needed to join busy and very successful single-specialty group. This prominent group has 2 Vascular and 3 General Surgeons. All are BC in VS and GS. Laparoscopic skills/training are required. Bariatric surgery skills big plus but not required. They are dominant surgery group in Tucson. Six cardiology groups refer to this practice, which keep them very busy. Surgery is done at 2 hospitals, about 5 miles apart. Call: 1:6. The group owns a Diagnostic Vascular Lab for leg, pain and other vascular problems. This practice is offering a starting base salary of $250,000 - $275,000, plus a signing bonus, productivity incentive and comprehensive benefits package (including 401K plan). There is opportunity for partnership after two years. As a partner, you can anticipate making over $400,000. After overhead expenses are met, these surgeons receive 100% of their collections! Very low buy-in.
