General surgeon needed to join a large volume practice in NW Arkansas. One surgeon in group of two will be relocating to an academic job. He has built a 12-15 year practice and the new physician can step right in!! Bread and butter to include general, vascular, laparoscopy etc. Call is 1:5 with new physician. Work out of one hospital. Excellent recruitment package with hospital sponsored income guarantee with productivity in year two, all benefits and relocation expense.
