One hour to the Bay Area
Join a group with six Family Practitioners and one General Surgeon, who are in the process of recruiting two more FP’s and one more GS
• $3,200 Call Stipend per night for Trauma Call (Level II)
• Trauma and General Call taken from home (not in house)
• Special reimbursement for cases done on call
• Low malpractice rates, due to tort reform
• Trauma Call 1:7 – Practice Call 1:4
• Instant referral base with the FP’s in your group

• Work with a well respected GS, who has been in the area 30 years
• Well situated newly renovated office with 25 exam rooms
• Operating expenses (overhead) are only 30% to 35%
• Opportunity to buy into an Outpatient Surgery Center
• Income guarantee based on experience:
o 1 to 2 years experience $239,390
o 3 to 7 years experience $286,390
o 8 to 17 years experience $311,112
o 18 + years experience $306,668
