Job Description
MAUI - Multi-Specialty Group with 1 or 2 other general surgeons needs a Vasc surgeon. $200,000 base pay in the first year, after that the salary is incentive based. 2 years before signed in as a stockholder, with disability benefits. The group call if very light; there might be 1/6 or so hospital call. Initially, 40% vascular; 20% laparoscopy and 40%, general.
Maui benefits: Guarantee, benefits, small partnership buyin, MIEC $1/3 million malpractice, some vacation (4 weeks vacation/CME), vision, dental (~$650 premium; you pay only a small portion), $3,000 CME, Family medical, $50,000 life insurance @ 60 days, $5,000 (sometimes more) moving with receipts and relicensing fees. 401K retirement plan; the client contributes 3% and the physician stockholder can contribute more if they want. 1/2 of interview expenses; remainder, if sign.
