Job Description

Fairfield Memorial Hospital is seeking a General Surgeon to join another practicing General Surgeon. This surgical position will involve “bread and butter” general surgery. Being a team player is an absolute necessity for this position. The physician must be willing to cover C-sections for the Family Practice Physicians. Call for the general surgery practice will be 1:2 and call for C-sections will be 1:2 and possibly 1:3 with future expansions.

Fairfield Memorial Hospital offers exceptional employment and income guarantee packages to their physicians. The physician can choose the type of arrangement that best suites them. The employment arrangement would offer a competitive salary guarantee plus a bonus compensation program. The physician is not at risk for payer mix with this compensation program.
