General Surgeon Needed to Join Large Hospital with Low Turnover: Forty-physician medical group near St. Louis is seeking a BC/BE General Surgeon to work at a critical access hospital serving a community of 25,000. The hospital is the largest provider of care in Western Illinois, and turnover averages less than 5% per year. The hospital is dedicated to providing access to high-quality, innovative healthcare services in an environment where patients always come first. This is your opportunity to run an independent practice in a tight-knit community. Salary is dependent on experience and ranges from $275,000 - $375,000 with a sign-on bonus and eligibility for productivity incentive bonuses. Comprehensive benefit package and CME with $500 stipend.
