Looking for a general surgeon who wants to practice outside of Springfield IL within a few hours of Saint Louis MO. They will look at all fellowships such as colon-rectal or vascular or breast but you will have to do general surgery as well. By no means is a fellowship in anything required. This is a flexible opportunity where you could join a group or be a hospital employee. You will be replacing a retiring doc. They are looking for someone who wants to start in 09. They are offering a fantastic salary as well as full benefits with a huge sign on bonus and possible loan repayment. The hospital just built a brand new 21,000 square foot ambulatory surgery center with 7 OR’S. Call will be 1:4. This area boosts some of the states best schools and has a low cost of living.
