A BC General Surgeon with skills in bread and butter general surgery cancer surgery advanced laparoscopy endoscopy/colonoscopy and/or vascular surgery is needed in this bedroom community of Indianapolis. The ideal candidate will have ties to the Midwest embrace a quality oriented philosophy be highly productive and have an excellent bedside manner. This is an employed position with call of 1:2. The practice environment in Indiana is very physician friendly with little HMO penetration and some of the most favorable malpractice insurance rates in the country. Call and office space will be shared with the other general/thoracic surgeon in the community. The current practice site is established in the medical office building across the parking lot from the hospital. The surgery suite is large able to accommodate two full time physicians and is equipped with an office surgery room for lumps and bumps.
