Opportunity for ownership in Ambulatory Surgery Center and other Physician/Hospital Joint Ventures. Single community Hospital, serving patient of over 150,000 in a college community of 40,000. New Hospital base, Out-patient Care Center (OCC) and Medical Office Building currently under construction on 97acre site. OCC and MOB opening spring, 2007, new Hospital to open in spring 2008.
