Practice Details:
* This community hospital in Southern Indiana is in search of a top trained BE/BC General Surgeon to do Bread and Butter General Surgery.
Employed status.
* Opportunity to do other procedures if trained. Solo Practice opportunity with lots of autonomy.
* Call schedule to be determined
* Option to take extra call and cases
* Three year agreement.
Compensation:
* Enjoy a Guaranteed Salary of $350,000 plus a productivity bonus.
* $50,000 sign on bonus and relocation package of up to $10,000..
* 4 weeks vacation and 1 week of CME with a $2,500 stipend
* Health,life, malpractice insurance plus a 401k

* 25 bed critical access hospital with a 4 bed ICU
* Well equipped surgery suite and staff
