Practice Details: * Seeking a BE/BC General Surgeon for this Private Practice Group. * Currently 8 general surgeons. * Currently group has zero debt load. * Group works very well together, very cohesive group. * Best known for being customer service oriented. * Call is currently 1 in 4 and gets better as additional physicians join the group. Hospital and Group Information: * Hospital has 300 + beds. * The Hospital is a full-service medical center serving the healthcare needs of area residents since 1958. * It has modern facilities and over 2,100 dedicated employees to provide complete inpatient services. * The hospital offers comprehensive rehabilitative services including: physical and hand therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and recreational therapy. Compensation: * Base Salary guarantee until revenue exceeds expenses. * Because of the practice opportunity here others who have joined the practice, it has only taken 4-6 months to develop a fully mature practice. * Starting Salary $250-300K DOE. * Potential after 18 mos. $400-500K * Partner from day 1 * Sign on Bonus * Corporate benefits determined individually within the group.
