Candidate fit is very important to this group. They prefer a Surgery/Oncologist w/Breast and advanced laparoscopy to work 4 days/week. Salary potential is in the $300K range. 2 year partnership track, malpractice and health insurance, 3 weeks vacation and pension are offered to the qualified candidate.
