General Surgeon is needed in New York. Opportunity for General Surgeon to have his own practice cover one hospital in a service area of about 50k call is 1:3 with office space readily available on campus support staff will be put together upon physician hire. Financial package can be employed or income guarantee: employment is base salary of $290k plus productivity based on RVUs up to $150k 2 year contract income guarantee is $290k with a 2 year contract no productivity however physician keeps any monies above the net income guarantee once any monies advanced have been repaid negotiable loan forgiveness relocation up to $10k malpractice insurance. Must be BC or must complete boards within 6 years of residency. H1B Visas are accepted. Located in the foothills of the beautiful Adirondack Mountains this family oriented community of 15k.
