General/Laparoscopic Surgery Opportunity in Western North Carolina!!
The Opportunity:
A private practice surgical specialty group, seeks to add
the services of a general surgeon who has completed training in and has interest in advanced
laparoscopic surgery in addition to bread and butter general surgery cases. The
partners of CSA have individual specializations (renal access; vascular and endovascular;
wound care; and endoscopic procedures) in addition to taking general surgery call. The
addition of a surgeon with interest in the many laparoscopic and advanced laparoscopic
procedures would balance the group and capture market share. Call is 1:4. Should a
candidate have interest in surgical oncology cases, there is opportunity to participate in
those types of cases as well. This is a partnership track opportunity for a collegial, welltrained
surgical specialist. First year income guarantee from the hospital with forgiveness
over 3 years of service after the guarantee year. Salary guaranteed at MGMA national
median for the specialty plus production opportunity once guarantee level is passed.
