General Surgery - Hospital Employment OR Private Practice
St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center--Enid, Oklahoma.
The practice structure is flexible in set up. A new surgeon can be employed by the hospital or joining an existing private practice. Either way there is a call group for the practice and hospital ER services. The caseload will be predominantly bread and butter general surgeries and laparoscopic cases. The current surgeons are very busy in cases and it is expected the new surgeon will be soon after starting in practice. The surgeons at St. Mary’s have a strong referral base and reputation for quality patient care. They welcome a new surgeon to the community. A generous compensation package is being offered that will include salary, bonus plan, full benefits and more if employment. If private practice is preferred a practice income guarantee with practice start up expenses and overhead will be offered...
The Medical Center consists of 245 licensed beds and offers a full complement of outpatient services. St. Mary's provides progressive and comprehensive medical and surgical services. St. Mary's received full accreditation in all services surveyed by JCAHO.
