Southeast Alabama Seeks 2 Hospitalists

Job Description

Two Hospitalists sought for growing program in southeast Alabama. 12 hour shifts. Multiple hospitalists scheduled for the day shift. Solo at night. There are currently 4 full time hospitalists and 2 additional full time physicians are being pursued. Hospitalists are not first responders to codes. Compensation equals $220,000 with 16 shifts per month. Benefits, signing and relocation bonuses, retirement and possible student loan forgiveness are offered.

Community is strategically located in the southeast portion of the state of Alabama, some 20 minutes from the northern boundary of Florida and 20 minutes from the western boundary of Georgia. Its economy is strong and diverse. Good public and parochial school system plus the option of higher education are available. Hospital has 400 beds. This town is a rapidly growing city and thriving community built around the landmarks of its past.
